At 149 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists detected conditions favorable for waterspout formation along an island cloud line north of the Island Chain. A trained spotter reported a waterspout in the vicinity of Sugarloaf Key with a defined spray ring. Conditions will be favorable for additional waterspout formation.
