The areas affected include...

  Waters from Edisto Beach SC to Altamaha Sound out 20 NM...



* At 535 AM EDT, Conditions will be favorable for the development of

  waterspouts across the nearshore waters of South Carolina this

  morning. The risk will be highest along lines of towering clouds

  and near showers and thunderstorms. Conditions will become less

  favorable for waterspout development by late morning as the

  seabreeze begins to form along the beaches.





Locations impacted include...

  Motherlode Barge, Buoy K C, Savannah Buoy, Sailboat Jupiter, 110

  Degree Olympic Buoy, Channel Buoy 5, Hilton Head Reef, Buoy L,

  Latex Barge, Whitewater Reef, C C A Buoy, Tug Matt Turecamo, Sea

  Buoy 2w, Gaskins Bank Wreck and Gaskin Banks.
