Patapsco River including Baltimore Harbor...



At 740 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line

extending from 11 nm northeast of Chester River to near Miles River

to near Choptank River, moving east at 20 knots.



HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



SOURCE...Observed wind.



IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by 

         suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.

Choptank River, Kent Narrows Bridge, North Point State Park, Magothy

River, Rock Hall, Chester River, Eastern Bay, Dobbins Island,

Blackwalnut Point, Pooles Island, Herring Bay, Sandy Point State

Park, Northeast River, Bloody Point Light, Thomas Point Light,

Calvert Cliffs, Poplar Island, Parsons Island, Fort Smallwood State

Park, and Pinehurst.
