At 118 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Clayton, moving

southeast at 15 knots, with subsequent thunderstorms to follow.



HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.



SOURCE...Radar indicated.



IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and 

         suddenly higher waves.



Locations impacted include...

Wellesley Island, Clayton, and St. Lawrence River.
