Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest

1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of

the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.



.SYNOPSIS...An elongated 30.5 inch high stretched from northwest 

Ontario province to the Ohio Valley will build east across the 

central Great Lakes today, before expanding across the lower Great 

Lakes and Quebec Sunday into Monday. This large high will remain 

anchored across Quebec while slowly weakening through Tuesday night.

.SUNDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots becoming east. A

chance of showers overnight. Waves 2 feet or less. 

.MONDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots. A chance of showers. Waves
