1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of

the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.



.SYNOPSIS...An elongated 30.3 inch high stretched from northwest 

Ontario province to the Ohio Valley tonight will build east across 

the central Great Lakes Saturday, then will strengthen to 30.5 

inches while expanding across the lower Great Lakes and Quebec 

Sunday into Monday. This large high will remain anchored across 

Quebec through Tuesday.
