1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of

the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.



.SYNOPSIS...An elongated 30.3 inch high draped from the lower Ohio 

Valley to the upper Great Lakes today will build east across the 

central and lower Great Lakes tonight and Saturday, then will 

strengthen to 30.5 inches while expanding across New England and 

Quebec Sunday into Monday. This large high will remain anchored 

across Quebec through Tuesday.

.SATURDAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Waves 1 foot or less. 

.SATURDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots becoming north.

Waves 1 foot or less. 

.SUNDAY...Northeast winds 5 to 10 knots becoming east. A chance

of showers Sunday night. Waves 2 feet or less. 

.MONDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to 20 knots.
