1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of

the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.



.SYNOPSIS...A 29.4 inch low will move slowly north into northern 

Quebec through Friday. A 30.4 inch high will then move from the 

upper Mississippi Valley Friday to the Great Lakes Saturday, then 

expand and build to 30.6 inches across New England and Quebec by 

Monday.

3 feet. 

.SATURDAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots. A chance of showers.
