At 2 AM, a 1022 mb high was 500 nautical miles west of San Diego

and a 1012 mb low was over Gila Bend, Arizona, extending south

through the length of the Gulf of California. Weak onshore flow 

will generally prevail through Tuesday, but with occasional weak 

episodes of offshore flow and eddy circulations.
