.Synopsis for the far Southern CA coast... At 1230 PM, a broad 

1024 mb high was 530 nautical miles west of Capetown, CA and a 

1028 mb high was over western Colorado/western Wyoming and a 1012

mb low was over southwestern Arizona. Weak onshore flow will 

continue today, strengthening slightly over the weekend, then 

weakening again by early next week.
