High pressure will give way to a cold front moving SE over the northern waters today through tonight, then dissipating over the central waters Sat. Another cold front will approach and enter the northern waters later tonight and will move S through the northern and central waters into Sat night while weakening. The coastal trough will slowly start building over the southern California coast Sat night and persist through Tue night. Another low pressure system will approach the northern waters late Sat, then move E across the N waters late Sat night and Sun while pushing a cold front across the area. The cold front will dissipate across the central waters by Sun night. High pressure will build across the area Sun night, then gradually shift S ahead of a cold front. The cold front will move SE across the northern portions Tue, then become stationary near the central waters Tue night.
