.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...Low pressure and a trailing

cold front will move across the waters today before moving

inland. The cold front will weaken and dissipate across the

central waters through tonight. A ridge will build into the

central waters behind the front today and tonight, strengthen

Tue, persist through Wed night, then finally shift S Thu and Thu

night. Another cold front will move into the far NW waters Thu,

then slowly move SE into the central waters through Thu night,

and finally move across the southern waters Fri and Fri night. A

coastal trough will persist through Thu night. The trough will

begin strengthening Fri and Fri night.
