.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weakening

stationary front along the outer Oregon waters will dissipate

early today as high pressure builds in over the waters today

through Thu. The high will gradually weaken Thu into Fri before

gradually shifting W of the waters through Sun night. Otherwise a

coastal trough will develop over Oregon and persist into Sat

night. A cold front will approach the waters from the NW Sat

before dissipating W of the region Sat night. Sun into Sun night

a coastal trough will develop along Vancouver island.
