.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A front will move

over the northern waters today. A ridge will build along the

Washington and Oregon coasts behind the front before shifting

inland tonight. A low center will approach the waters from the W

tonight, then track NE across the waters Tue while pulling a

trailing cold front. A ridge will move over the area Tue night

into Wed. Another cold front will approach the region Wed night,

then will cross the waters Thu through early Thu night. High

pressure will build over the waters behind the front Thu night

and persist through Fri night.
