.SYNOPSIS...A cold front will move across the waters today. High

pressure will build over the waters behind the front tonight into

Tue and weaken Tue night. Another cold front will move across the

waters Tue night into Thu. High pressure will build just W of the

waters Wed night into Thu night, then over the region Fri and Fri

night while a low pressure trough develops along the Oregon

coast.
