.SYNOPSIS...A coastal trough will remain in place today, then

gradually weaken tonight through Thu. Meanwhile, high pressure

centered well NW of the area will maintain a ridge W of the

waters today through Thu. New high pressure will form along the

ridge W of the waters Thu night, then remain nearly stationary W

of the waters through Sat night. The coastal trough will

redevelop Thu night, then persist through Sat night.
