England.

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be

more than twice the significant wave height.



Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.



.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A series of weak low pressure

troughs or secondary cold fronts will move through the waters

today. High pressure will build slowly E from the Great Lakes

toward the coast today through Mon night, then begin to lift N

Tue as low pressure develops along an inverted trough S of the

area. The low will move NE Tue night and pass over or just E of

the area early Wed, then continue moving NE to the NE of the area

into Wed night while maintaining a trough extending W across the

S waters.
