.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A series of weak low pressure

troughs or secondary cold fronts will move through the waters

today into Sat. High pressure will build slowly E from the Great

Lakes toward the coast Sat through Mon night, then begin to lift

N Tue and Tue night.
