.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh E to SE winds will persist through

late this evening over the region, between high pressure north 

of the area and Tropical Storm Melissa west of the area. Winds 

and seas will diminish through the early part of the week as 

Melissa moves farther to the west. Looking ahead, expect moderate

to fresh SE winds again over the region by mid week, with rough 

seas over Caribbean waters, as Melissa turns more to the 

northeast across eastern Cuba and southern Bahamas.
