.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh E to SE winds and moderate seas 

will occur over the regional waters this weekend into early next 

week as Tropical Storm Melissa churns in the central Caribbean. 

Scattered showers and thunderstorms associated to the outer 

rainbands of Melissa currently over the central Caribbean will 

continue to impact the forecast waters through most of the 

weekend. A slow motion turning to the northeast and then north is

expected to begin later today and tonight. A westward turn is 

then forecast to begin on Saturday with that motion continuing 

through Monday. On the forecast track, the center of Melissa is 

expected to move near or just south of Jamaica early next week.
