.SYNOPSIS...The combination between central Atlantic high 

pressure and Tropical Storm Melissa will maintain moderate to

locally fresh E to SE winds near Puerto Rico through Fri before 

diminishing to mostly moderate for the rest of the period. 

Scattered showers and thunderstorms associated to the outer 

rainbands of Melissa currently over the central Caribbean will 

continue to impact the forecast waters through most of the 

weekend.
