.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic surface ridging extending into the NE 

Caribbean will start shifting eastward today. This will allow the

passage of a cold front through the Island from Sat night through 

Sun. Moderate to locally fresh SE winds will shift from the S as

the front approaches Sat. Moderate to locally fresh NE winds 

will follow the passage of the front along with moderate seas,

which will prevail through Tue night.
