region, increasing to moderate to fresh Sat night through Sun

night as high pressure north of the area strengthens slightly.

Moderate seas will dominate both the Atlantic and the Caribbean.

Isolated showers and brief gusty winds may occur tonight into Thu

as the first tropical wave of the season passes by in the

Caribbean.
