.SYNOPSIS...A frontal boundary, currently located across the

northern Leeward Islands, will continue to promote fresh to

locally strong NE winds, with higher gusts tonight and Wed. In 

addition, large northerly swell will continue to impact the local

waters and passages through around midweek with rough seas.
