.SYNOPSIS...An Arctic cold front will continue to move across 

Puerto Rico through the evening, and then it is forecast to 

stall from the northern Leeward Islands to the south-central 

Caribbean through Tue evening before dissipating. Expect fresh to

strong N to NE winds behind the front, with large NW swell that

will continue to impact the regional Atlantic waters this morning.

Seas north of the island will build to 13 ft while seas to 9 ft

can be expected across the southern regional waters. Conditions 

will gradually improve Wed morning through Thu morning. Light to 

gentle winds and moderate seas are forecast Thu night through the

end of the forecast period.
