.SYNOPSIS...An Arctic cold front is expected to move across 

Puerto Rico late tonight through Mon evening, and then it is

forecast to stall from the northern Leeward Islands to the

south-central Caribbean through Tue evening before dissipating. 

Expect fresh to strong N to NE winds behind the front, with large

NW swell begin to impact the regional Atlantic waters early Mon 

morning. Seas north of the island will build and reach 10 to 13 

ft, and 6 to 9 ft south of the island. Conditions will gradually

improve Wed morning through Thu morning. Light to gentle winds

and moderate seas are forecast for the remaining forecast period.
