.SYNOPSIS...A cold front E of the waters will become stationary

and persist into Sun. A low pressure trough will develop along

the SE coast today, persist through Sun night then move offshore

while strengthening Mon and Mon night. Developing low pressure 

along the trough over the area on Tue, will move NE and away 

from the waters Tue night into Wed night. Another area of low

pressure will develop over the central waters early Wed and move

slowly NE Wed and Wed night.
