.SYNOPSIS...A cold front E of the waters will become stationary

and persist into Sun. A low pressure trough will develop along

the SE coast Sat, persist through Sun night then move offshore

while strengthening Mon and Mon night. Developing low pressure

along the trough E of the area on Tue, will move NE and away from

the waters Tue night into Wed night.
