.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front will form and persist N of the

area today. A high pressure ridge will shift NE today and tonight.

A low pressure trough will develop off the SE coast today, then 

persist Tue and Tue night as strong high pressure builds well to 

the N of the area. A ridge extending S and SW from the strong 

high will build S over the Mid-Atlantic and SE states Wed and Wed

night as low pressure forms to the E and N of the area. The 

strengthening low will slowly move N or NE while remaining N and 

NE of the area through Fri night.
