.SYNOPSIS...A cold front extending SW from the remnants of Arthur

will become stationary across the waters today and tonight before

dissipating Sun. A very weak low pressure trough will remain 

across the waters into Sun before dissipating Sun night. Low 

pressure will pass by to the N Mon and Mon night as weak high 

pressure builds across the waters. The associated cold front will

approach the area from the N late Tue and Tue night. The front 

will stall across the waters Wed, then lift N as a warm front 

late Wed night.
