.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends across the Florida

Straits to the Yucatan Channel. This front will weaken into

tonight then dissipate by Tue. Moderate to fresh SE to S return

flow will set up in the W Gulf Tue night into Thu as high

pressure builds into the eastern Gulf. By the end of the week,

this high will settle over the entire basin, leading to tranquil

conditions for regional waters.

.TONIGHT...NE to E winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 ft. 

.TUE...E to SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. 

.TUE NIGHT...NE winds less than 5 kt, shifting to E to SE after

midnight. Seas 2 ft or less. 

.WED...SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less.

.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extends from 31N63W to the

Florida Straits. Weak low pressure of 1014 mb has developed just

N of the Bahamas along this boundary. These features will remain

stationary in place into Tue before the low moves E and the

front transitions into a cold front Tue night and Wed. Fresh to

locally strong NE  winds N of the front will slowly diminish

through mid-week as the boundary weakens, with quiescent

conditions expected Wed and Thu for area waters. 



.THIS AFTERNOON...S of 27N, NW to N winds 10 to 15 kt. N of 27N, 

NE to E winds 15 to 20 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft in N to NE swell.
