.SYNOPSIS...A series of weak low pressure centers will track NE

along a stationary front extending NE from the Virginia Capes

through the outer Mid-Atlantic Waters today and tonight. A

stronger low will pass E and NE of the NE portion of the outer

waters later tonight into Tue. The front will finally move E of

the waters Tue afternoon. A secondary cold front will move E

across the N waters Tue and Tue night, while high pressure builds

E to the coast. The high will cross the waters Wed and Wed night

as weak low pressure develops S and SE of the area. The high will

gradually shift NE Thu, maintaining a ridge across the waters Thu

night. Low pressure will organize over the SE and Mid- Atlantic

states Fri into Fri night with the associated warm front lifting

NE over the waters and the associated cold front reaching the

coast Fri, and then moving slowly offshore Fri night.
