.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...

High pressure north of the region and a strengthening tropical 

disturbance (Invest 93W) will bring fresh to strong trade winds

tonight through Thursday afternoon before easing to moderate to

fresh. This will cause combined seas to reach 9 to 11 feet, so a

small craft advisory has been issued. Seas will drop back down to

7 to 9 feet by Thursday night and remain there for the rest of the

week.
