.Synopsis for Marianas Waters...

High pressure north of the region and developing disturbances in

western and central Micronesia will maintain elevated trade winds,

and elevated east-northeast trade swell for much of the week. 

Trade winds will be fresh, potentially becoming fresh to strong 

around midweek, then gradually decrease to moderate to fresh by 

the weekend. Combined seas of 6 to 8 feet will build by a foot or 

two by midweek, potentially producing conditions hazardous to 

small craft.
