Marine National Monument east of French Frigate Shoals

twice the significant wave height.

A trough entering the NW waters on Tuesday will cause a weakening

and veering of winds N of 20N through Wednesday. Weak ridging N 

of the islands will bring a return of NE to E winds for the latter

half of the week.
