twice the significant wave height.

.Synopsis for the Hawaiian offshore waters...

High pressure will briefly build over the region in the wake of a

dissipating front. Another front is expected to move through the 

offshore waters Friday through the weekend, with strong to near-

gale force winds in its wake.
