.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...

High pressure north of the islands will gradually weaken over the

next few days. As a result winds will ease. Gentle and variable 

winds will prevail Tuesday and Wednesday as a passing front 

weakens the ridge north of the state. Trade winds are expected to 

rebuild Thursday and Friday before decreasing again this weekend.

.TODAY...East northeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 5 to 7 feet.

Wave Detail: Northwest 5 feet at 12 seconds and east 4 feet at

6 seconds. Isolated showers. 

.TONIGHT...East winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 5 to 6 feet. Wave

Detail: East 4 feet at 6 seconds and northwest 4 feet at

12 seconds. Isolated showers. 

.TUESDAY...Winds becoming variable less than 10 knots around 

Kauai and Oahu...east winds 10 to 15 knots Maui County and Big

Island waters. Seas 5 to 6 feet. Wave Detail: East southeast 4 

feet at 6 seconds and northwest 3 feet at 11 seconds. Isolated 

showers. 

.TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY...Variable winds 10 knots, except 

east winds 10 to 15 knots Big Island waters. Seas 4 to 6 feet.

Wave Detail: East 3 feet at 6 seconds and northwest 2 feet at 10 

seconds. Isolated showers. 

.THURSDAY AND FRIDAY...East northeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas
