.SYNOPSIS FOR THE EASTERN GULF OF ALASKA...

Northerly winds in the morning hours on Tuesday give way to

southerly flow as a weakening low moves closer to the panhandle.

A weak wave moves through the panhandle from S to N Tuesday

night. As the low departs, a ridge of high pressure over the

eastern gulf shifts eastward.
