.SYNOPSIS FOR THE WESTERN GULF OF ALASKA...



A 994 mb low near 60N 148W moves onshore and reforms near 58N 150W

at 1002 mb Fri afternoon. A 1001 mb low at 57N 142W lifts across

the northern Gulf to 57N 149W at 998 mb by Sat afternoon before

continuing into the North Pacific.
