Surface trof and associated pacific front are still on track to begin moving towards the region. Temperatures today will top out in the lower 60s, and with dewpoints still hanging back in the 40s, it will be a beautiful day outside! Overnight, low to mid level flow will increase, bringing in thicker cloud cover and increased moisture ahead of approaching system. As the front nears into Tuesday, broad scale lift will increase, allowing some showers to begin developing for primarily the western half of the forecast area by mid to late morning. PoPs increase thereafter. The front sags into the region after sundown and should be gone from the area by sunrise Wednesday. A few lingering showers may occur into Wednesday mid morning.
