Second low near 44S 163W, moving southeast. Clockwise 30kt to gale around second low and heavy swell developing by 270000UTC. Ridge near 37S 1563W to 55S 136W expected by 280000UTC, moving east. West of ridge: Northwest 30kt to gale.
