will wax and wane as they move east at 5 to 10 knots through the 

distant Straits of Florida east of the Marathon Humps. Mariners 

encountering this activity can expect bouts of moderate to heavy 

rainfall reducing visibilities, wind gusts up to 20 to 25 knots, and 

a few lightning strikes.
