Through 9 PM, an outflow boundary extends from T Tower to American

Shoal Light and is moving at 15 to 20 knots to southwest and west. 

Mariners encountering this boundary can expect sudden wind gusts of 

25 to 30 knots from the northeast and east. In addition, showers and

isolated thunderstorms continue to develop along the northern end of

this feature and will provide additional hazards of blinding 

downpours and bouts of lightning.

Through 9 PM, isolated showers and thunderstorms are developing and

moving across the far eastern Straits of Florida waters near and to

the east of Floyd's Wall. This activity is moving southeast at near

10 knots and will be capable of blinding downpours, brief bouts of

lightning, and wind gusts to near 25 knots.
