Through 8 PM, an outflow boundary is moving at near 20 knots to

southwest and west across the Outer Gulf from near D Tower, and the 

nearshore waters surrounding the Lower Keys. Mariners encountering

this boundary can expect sudden wind gusts of 25 to 30 knots from 

the northeast and east. In addition, showers continue to develop

along the northern end of this feature and will provide additional

hazards of blinding downpours.
