and wane as they move to the south to southwest at near 5 knots 

across the westernmost Florida Straits. Mariners encountering this 

activity can expect reduced visibility in bouts of moderate to heavy 

rain, wind gusts of 20 to 25 knots, and a stray lightning strike.

and move south off the Florida Peninsula into the waters of Florida 

Bay, eastern Hawk Channel, and the Upper Keys. Mariners encountering 

this activity can expect wind gusts of 25 to 30 knots, reduced 

visibilty in moderate to heavy rainfall, and stray lightning strikes.

Island communities may observe a tenth to a quarter of an inch of 

rainfall.
