will continue to wax and wane as they move to the south to southwest 

at 5 to 10 knots across the Florida Straits off the Upper Keys. 

Mariners encountering this activity can expect reduced visibility in 

bouts of moderate to heavy rain, wind gusts of near 20 knots, and 

possibly a rare lightning strike.
