Through midnight, a cluster of showers and isolated thunderstorms across Florida Bay, the Upper Keys (between Windley Key and Route 1/Card Sound), and eastern Hawk Channel will continue moving to the east at near 15 knots. Additional shower activity across the nearshore waters north of the Lower Keys will continue moving to the northeast to east at near 5 knots. Mariners encountering this activity can expect heavy downpours, wind gusts of 25 to 30 knots, and frequent lightning.
