A STRONG WIND WARNING REMAINS IN FORCE FOR LAND AREAS AND WATERS OF

SOUTHERN COOKS. 



Situation:

A high pressure system to the southeast of Southern Cooks generates

and directs a strong easterly wind flow over the group. Meanwhile, a

trough of low pressure affects the group.



An easterly wind flow prevails over Northern Cooks. Meanwhile, a

trough of low pressure affects the group. 



Forecast to midnight tomorrow for the Southern Cooks:

For Land and waters: 

Expect strong easterly winds with average wind speeds up to 30 knots

and gusts up to 45 knots.

Rough to very rough seas.

Moderate southerly swells.



Cloudy periods with some showers and isolated thunderstorms.
