A 120 mph westerly jet stream aimed into Oregon will continue 

driving a frontal system eastward away from the area tonight. The 

jet lifts north Tuesday as another frontal system moves in 

leaving the area mainly dry with showers remaining north.  

A ridge amplifies Wednesday into Thursday with temperatures 

warming by 10 to 15 degrees and dry weather. The ridge moves east 

by Friday with another trough moving in by Saturday.
