Mild and dry weather prevails through Friday, with increasing 

southwest winds Friday afternoon. A storm system passing across 

the northwest US will bring stronger winds Saturday. Periods of 

rain and showers will bring wetting rainfall to the region. A 

drying and warming trend is expected by next week.

passing across the northwest US will bring increased winds 

Saturday mainly from US-50 northward. A few showers are also

possible mainly for northern Mono County this weekend. A drying
